Mrs. Serro is a seasoned humanitarian sector operator with several years’ experience. She has worked with children welfare and care giving organizations both in Kenya and in the United States of America. She has a passion for provision of relief services to destitute children and the elderly men and women. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Literature from Daystar University.
